In particular, next to each olive oil product, you can see a photo of it that depicts as much as possible what is in its packaging, as well as a detailed description of its quality, quantity and characteristics.

Our company bears no responsibility in cases of technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or are due to force majeure.

Our company checks each product in detail for its quality before sending it to you and takes all the necessary technical and organizational measures for their safety and to ensure their quality.

B. COMPLETE ORDERS

In summary, the steps you need to follow in order to successfully place an order are as follows:

  1. Selection of the product or products you wish to purchase.
  2. Adding the product or products to the shopping cart of our online store.
  3. Confirm the contents of the shopping cart and continue with the order.
  4. Filling in the special form with your necessary personal information (e.g. name, shipping address, billing address, email, contact phone number, billing information, etc.).
  5. Choice of payment method and shipping-receiving method.

In this section, a special form will appear where you are invited to fill in your necessary personal information in order to complete the order successfully.

You then proceed to choose a payment method and shipping method from those available, as well as to accept all the special terms of the shopping and privacy policy applied and followed by our online store.

The prices listed on our products include VAT.

If shipping costs arise, they are added to the final payment amount and are clearly and precisely indicated on the final order form.

If you will pay with a debit or credit card or with Viva Wallet, fill in the necessary information required by the payment service provider. We remind you that our company does not use or process the specific data and the payment service provider bears the sole responsibility for them.

C. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If the order has not been sent to you and the product has not already been presented to the transport company or the Courier, you can cancel it immediately by sending a message to us at our company email: info@celiaoliveoil.com. Within five (5) working days, our company will refund the money you have paid.

The refund is made in the same way as the customer's initial payment to the business was made. In the case of a debit card, it will be completed by crediting the amount to your card, in case of payment with Viva Wallet, It will be done by crediting the amount to your Viva Wallet account, in case of payment by deposit to our bank account, a deposit will be made by our company to your bank account.

In the case of debiting via credit card, our company will inform the issuing bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer without our company being responsible for it.

Our company, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the relevant bank and customer contract.

The cancellation of the order to be accepted must be completed immediately, within twelve (12) hours from the moment of its electronic submission.

In any case, each user is solely responsible for any damage caused to our business by the sudden and untimely cancellation of the order.

D. METHODS AND COSTS OF SHIPPING-RECEPTION OF OUR PRODUCTS

When placing your orders, you will be asked on the relevant order form to select one of the available shipping and receiving methods.

During the completion of your orders, specific shipping costs will arise which will be accurately indicated on the relevant form that will appear to you.

  1. Pickup from our business. You can come to our business and pick up the products you have ordered through our online store yourself. In this case you do not incur any expenses.
  2. Shipping by courier company: Our products are shipped to the place you have indicated in our online store by the transport company or courier based on the special conditions and the shipping policy followed by each courier company. Our company bears no responsibility for the observance of the terms of the specific company's policy, nor for any harm or damage caused to you by the violation of the relevant terms. You will be indicated on the relevant form and before the completion of your order, all shipping costs in detail and depending on the case you choose (partner transport company or courier). G. RETURNS: WRONG SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS - EXCEPT DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that a product has been wrongly sent to you, you send back to us (in the same way you received it) the wrongly sent product to you at our own shipping cost. We, in turn, send you the product of your choice immediately, incurring the new shipping costs.

In the extreme and exceptional case that you consider a product of ours to be defective, you must inform us immediately after receiving it or at the latest the next day to our e-mail address: info@celiaoliveoil.com, specifically stating the defect you have found. After this period of time, the customer accepts the product and any subsequent damage is their responsibility.

Within four (4) working days from our notification you must send us the product. It must be returned in its original packaging and unused. We ourselves, after receiving it, check it in detail in order to establish that our product is indeed defective.

We emphasize that all our products are organically produced and of excellent quality and that we send you the products in special packaging, observing all the organizational and technical safety measures of our products and their transport. Only for exceptional reasons of force majeure such as special and extreme weather conditions during transportation or difficulties during transportation, bumping during transportation can extremely minimal deterioration be created in our products.

H. EXCEPTION OF RIGHT OF SUBSCRIPTION - OLIVE OIL PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE ALTERED

The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 3e to 3k of Law 2251/1994 for contracts concluded at a distance and outside a commercial store, does not apply to the nature and type of our products, as according to the legislation the right of unjustified withdrawal that exercised by the consumer within 14 days from the delivery of the product does not apply with regard to indicatively the following cases:

a) the supply of perishable or perishable goods such as food,

b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
